Foot Care Reminder for Professional-Administrative, Management and Executive Retirees under the age of 65.
Foot and ankle services are covered by your medical plan and are subject to any deductibles and coinsurance. As of January 1, 2007, the National Foot Care Program (NFCP) has been discontinued as a separate plan for foot and ankle services for Professional-Administrative, Management & Executive employees and pre-age-65 retirees. If you received services from a National Foot Care Program provider in 2006 and plan to continue services with that provider, you will need to verify your provider participates in your 2007 medical plan.
