How can I obtain an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form to change my bank information for the deposit of my pension check? You only need to complete a form if you are changing to a new financial institution or if you are currently having a paper check mailed to you.
To request a form, follow these directions:
- Contact Benefit Express via AccessDirect at 888-409-3300.
- At the prompt, say or enter your Social Security Number (SSN).
- At the prompt, say "Pension."
- You will be transferred to the Benefit Express system. You will need to:
a. Enter your Password/Pin, followed by the # sign. b. Press 2 (to order a form or document). c. Press 2 (to order an EFT form). d. Press 1 to confirm your request. An EFT form will be mailed to your address of record.
If you are only changing the account number for your EFT deposit, but keeping the same financial institution, you can do so by speaking to a Benefit Express Representative. Follow steps 1-4 (a) above, then listen to the instructions for reaching a representative.
How do I change my withholding amounts from my pension checks? You may order a Tax Withholding form through the Benefit Express IVR or you may change your withholding by speaking to a Benefit Express Representative. To request a form, follow these directions:

I didn't receive my check. How do I find out when pension checks were mailed? You will need to speak directly with a Benefit Express Representative.

What do I do if I lost or forgot my Benefit Express Password (PIN)? You can request a new Password (PIN) through the YBR system, through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System or with a Benefit Express Representative.
To request a new Password (PIN) through the YBR system:
- Login to the YBR system: http://resources.hewitt.com/daimlerchrysler
- Type in your Social Security Number (SSN).
- If you have previously entered a HINT through the system, your hint will be displayed. You can try entering your password again.
- If you still do not remember your password, or do not have a hint on the YBR system, click the "Send me a New Password by Mail" button. Your new password will be sent to your Permanent Address on file within seven (7) business days.
- A reminder message will appear letting you know that "If you choose to have a new password sent to you, you won't be able to access your benefits by Internet or phone until you receive your new password within seven (7) business days." At that point, you can click "OK" or "Cancel".
- If you choose "OK" you will receive the following message and then click "OK."
- Completed Successfully! Your new password is on its way.
- You should receive it within seven (7) business days though the mail to your permanent address.
- You'll be able to access the site when you receive your new password.
- Wait until your new password arrives before trying to enter the site again.
- You can only request a new password once a day.
To request a new Password (PIN) through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVR):
- Contact Benefit Express via AccessDirect at 888-409-3300.
- Say or enter your Social Security Number (SSN).
- Say "Pension"
- You will be transferred to the Benefit Express system.
- To request a new Password:
- Press 9 9 # ( Enter your password, followed by the pound key. If you want a new password, or do not know your password, enter nine nine (9 9 ), then the pound (#) key.)
- Press 2 (If you have forgotten your Password, press 2.)
- You will hear "You may choose to have a new Password assigned and mailed to you through the U.S. Mail. However, you will not be able to access your information until you receive your new Password."
- Press 1 (To have a new Password mailed to you.)
- A new Password will be mailed to you. Your call will be disconnected at this point. - Press 2 (To cancel this request). - Press 3 ( To speak to a Benefit Express Representative).
To request a new Password (PIN) with a Benefit Express Representative:
- Follow the directions above to speak to a Benefits Express Representative. A representative will ask you to verify several pieces of personal information. Then, the password can be changed to one you will remember.
