Newly Retired and Plan to Use your Employee Advantage Discount?
If you have just retired and plan to use your Employee Advantage discount, you will need to contact the Employee Advantage Hotline at 800-756-2886. Upon retiring, your information is in transition from the active roles to the retiree roles. This may take up to six weeks. During that transition, your employment information is not available either on the web site or the automated phone system. If you speak with an Employee Advantage Agent, they will be able to verify your status and provide a control number.
The window period to make distribution election changes for the Executive Employees Supplemental Savings Plan (ESSP) or the Salaried Employees Income Deferral Plan (SEIDP) is open.
